About Sushi no Midori
A Tokyo sushi house that grew out of Umegaoka, trading as Umegaoka Sushi no Midori. The official nutrition sheet (standing-bar edition, revised March 2022) lists weight, energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate and salt for each nigiri piece, roll and chirashi. The conveyor-belt sibling Katsu Midori uses a separate sheet and is not included here.
