Search menu items

Type a word and press Search, or pick a chain or calorie range.

English dish names (gyudon, ramen, latte) and chain names work. Separate words with spaces, as in “Sukiya gyudon”, to match both.

Browse a chain: 7-Eleven, Lawson, nosh, Hama Sushi, Anrakutei, Shichirinbo · Lowest calorie ranking

What this search can do

  1. Search every chain at once by part of a name

Type a word such as “karaage” or “parfait”. Item names are published in Japanese, so common English dish names (gyudon, ramen, latte, fries…) are matched to their Japanese spelling. Chain names work in English.

  2. Combine a chain and a dish with a space

“Sukiya gyudon” or “Starbucks latte” shows only items that match both. Word order does not matter.

  3. Add a calorie limit in words

“gyudon 700kcal” or “salad 200kcal” narrows to that range. It also works with the chain and calorie filters below.

Tips

  1. Short words work best

Official item names are often long, so “hamburg” finds more than a full name.

  2. Exclude a word with a leading “-”

“gyudon -set” leaves the sets out.

  3. Have a goal? Start from the rankings

For light meals see the lowest calorie ranking; for protein, the highest protein ranking shows every match at once.

  4. Only official figures are searched

Every value is what the chain publishes itself. Nothing is estimated.
